NEW YEAR - SAME(ISH) POLICIES
Turn around time:
Turn around time = the time it will take to complete your order. Our turn around time is 7-14 business days unless otherwise noted. We do not count weekends or holidays in our turn around time. Turn around time does not start until your order is paid for.
Need something sooner? Please reach prior to placing your order. Rush Fees/additional shipping charges may apply.
Pricing:
Payment:
We require payment up front for ALL orders. No payment = no order.
We do not accept cash.
We accept PayPal, Venmo, Shop Pay, or credit/debit card.
We are required to collect sales tax as a legal business in NYS. If you live in NYS, this will be added to your order automatically.
Shipping/Pick Up:
We offer route shipping insurance for all orders. If you opt not to select this and your item is damaged in transit, we are not liable.
Route shipping insurance does not cover pick up orders.
Pick up is in Averill Park and is free. We do not meet. Pick up is available 7 days a week from 8am-9pm.
Custom Orders:
In the New Year, I will only be accepting 5 custom orders a month. A custom order is any design that is NOT on our website/group. Turn around time for custom orders does not start until we receive artwork approval AND payment.
To start a custom order: purchase this listing. I will then reach out to you via email in 1-2 business days. This deposit counts toward your order. Deposits are not refundable.
Communication:
Messaging our business page is the best way to reach us. We do our best to respond to messages in 1-2 business days. Please keep in mind I do have another job, so you may receive a response late at night or early in the morning.
